Dick Lipsky

Board Member

Dick serves as the MCPS-TV Supervisor in the Office of Communications for Montgomery County Public Schools. He is a lifelong baseball fan and has attended Big Train games for most of their history. He has earned a doctorate from Penn State University in Instructional Systems Design and a masters' in Communications from The Ohio State University. He has also worked in higher education for Indiana University of Pennsylvania and for WTAJ-TV in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
