Jay Carter joins Big Train after serving five years in the US Army as a Financial Management Officer. Jay separated from active duty in April 2022 and is pursuing his Masters of Sports Industry Management at Georgetown University. After completion of his graduate studies, Jay's goal is to pursue a career in professional team operations or collegiate athletic administration.
