1. Do we have to buy the food through you to use the picnic facility? Yes, we ask that you buy the food through us to be able to use the picnic pavilion.

2. What time should we arrive? You and your party should arrive at the park at 6:00; you should enter through the season pass holders/picnic entrance, which is to the right of the regular entrance.

3. What is the typical set up for a picnic? You should enter through the picnic and season pass holders entrance on the side of the ballpark at 6:00 and check in with the pavillion coordinator to recieve your wristbands. You should then proceed to the picnic pavilion and your food will be served at 6:15-6:30, if this is a birthday party the kids should be ready to go on the field and the birthday boy/girl should be ready to throw out a first pitch by 7:10.

4. Will seats be reserved for us? Yes, we will rope off seats for you either in the grandstand area or the bleachers depending on which one you specify.

5. Do you have a freezer if we bring ice cream or an ice cream cake? Yes, we do have a freezer, just ask someone at the concession stand if you can use it. We ask that you please bring your own ice cream scoop

6. How does payment work? After you register for your picnic someone from Big Train will call you to get a credit card number from you to reserve your space (Visa or MasterCard). You do not have to pay with that credit card, we take cash, check or credit card, just let us know before you come how you would like to pay. We don't run charges until after the game, and you will be sent a receipt in the mail.

7. How late can we change the amount of people coming to our party? You can submit a rough number of how many people you think will attend when you fill out the picnic form. However, we need to know your final numbers by 3:00 the day before your party.
