Mike Dunlow, Assistant Coach
 
Mike Dunlow played second base/shortstop for four years at Norfolk State University. Mike was hitting .435 until a broken leg in 1992 sidelined him for the year. In his four-year career at Norfolk State, he made only six errors and ended his career with a .295 batting average. After graduating from Norfolk State, Mike returned to his alma mater (Southampton HS) to begin his coaching experience. He is now the head coach at Woodbridge HS. At Southampton, Mike coached the JV team for one year and then served two years as the varsity assistant before becoming the head coach. He worked this past winter as an assistant to Mike Colangelo at the Colangelo Baseball School. During high school, Mike was named to the All-District team, All-Region team and the All-State team and batted .545 his senior year. He lives in Lake Ridge, VA with his wife LaTonya and their son Cy.
