Congratulations to our Director of Operations Raquel Ordonez who will be leaving in January to work for the Baltimore Orioles as another member of the Big Train Family makes it to the major leagues! We are grateful to Raquel for her service and wish her well. Go Os!

As we prepare for an exciting 2026 season, Bethesda Community Base Ball Club is now accepting applications for a new Director of Operations. This full-time role is an opportunity to lead operational strategy, manage seasonal staff, and be part of one of the nation’s premier summer collegiate baseball organizations.
